Jonathan Gardner is Founder and CEO of Asilia Investments and has over 20 years of investment and real estate development experience. Mr. Gardner has developed or invested more than $2.5 billion of real estate over the last 7 years, and he and his partners currently manage nearly two million square feet of office, multi-family, retail, and warehouse space. Most recently, Mr. Gardner raised a $100 million senior credit debt fund that loans dollars to low-leveraged companies with secure recurring cash flow. Mr. Gardner currently sits on the board of directors for Sunwest Bank (regional bank serving the Western US) and Cottonwood Residential (a private, non-traded REIT).
Prior to starting Asilia Investments, Mr. Gardner was a co-founder in Gardner Batt, a real estate development company. Mr. Gardner spent four years as an investment banker underwriting and analyzing corporate leveraged finance at CIBC World Markets’ Private Finance Group.
Mr. Gardner graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business with an emphasis in Finance.
